Observation

Valid for Interactions and Curriculum because a school age child capable of regularly taking care of his toileting care needs had a toileting accident. The child did not demonstrate he was capable to take care of his toileting care needs. Staff did not assist child in the toileting care needs. Staff reported they had to call parent to take care of the child’s toileting care needs. Child was left in his soi9ld clothing approximately 15 minutes while waiting for parent to arrive.
